LENTEN WORSHIP and SUPPERS – beginning Ash Wednesday (February 14) and continuing throughout Lent (Feb 21 / 28 / Mar 7 / 14 / 21), each Wednesday we have supper from 5:15 to 6:15 followed by Worship at 6:45 p.m.  Suppers are served by various groups as fundraisers.  Please join us for these times of worship, fellowship, and good food!

LENTEN SOUP LUNCHES for BIRCHWOOD APARTMENT RESIDENTS – Peace Lutheran Church will again be providing weekly Lenten soup lunches for residents of the Birchwood Apartments in Baldwin.  The total served each week is approximately 30 people (this includes the volunteers who help serve and visit).  We are looking for volunteers who would be interested in providing “homemade” soup, bread, bars and/or also come to serve and visit with the residents each Wednesday during Lent.  We serve lunch but more importantly we take time to eat and visit with them.  The time required is very brief (approx. 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.).  If you are interested in being involved in this ministry, watch for the sign-up sheet in the narthex area.  If you have any specific questions, please contact Sharon Hauschild at 715-307-2531.  Thank you.

NEW MEMBER CLASSES – If you are interested in joining Peace or just wondering what it means to be a member, join us for New Member classes Feb. 18 & 25 & Mar. 4.  They will start at 9:30 a.m. in the sanctuary.  If you have any questions or want to join but can’t be at the first class, please let us know (715-684-2770 or This email address is being protected from spambots. WOMEN and MEN OF PEACE – The Peace Funeral Committee is looking to update our listing of individuals interested in assisting with funerals at Peace.  We could use your help in the following ways:  1. Volunteer to bring a homemade cake for a funeral luncheon, or 2. Volunteer to work at a funeral luncheon.  Whether you have volunteered in the past or are newer to Peace and would like to volunteer, please leave a note in the office or contact us via phone (715-684-2770) or email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).  Leave your name, current phone number, and whether you could provide a cake and/or work at a funeral.
